We are seeking for Administrative Officer International Business Analysis, eager to work with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment. We need a highly collaborative team player who is not afraid of challenges and changes. 

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Develop clear visual representations of workflows tailored for internal team use, ensuring easy accessibility, and understanding.
  • Work closely with colleagues and cross-functional teams to accurately document processes. Capture key insights and dependencies.
  • Utilize process mapping tools to create user-friendly documentation that enhances operational efficiency.
  • Develop international training programs and materials together with Manager IBA.
  • Create educational content to convey best practices and processes effectively on a central platform.
  • Content and platform maintenance and updates.
  • Regularly review and update existing process documentation and training materials, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and compliance with corporate standards.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • Collaborative attitude and ability to work with cross-functional teams to accurately capture and document information.
  • Process documentation skills, good sense for structure and making information and correlations understandable.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and understand new business processes and technologies quickly.
  • Attention to detail while making information and correlations easily accessible.
  • Basic project management skills to organize and prioritize tasks, manage timelines.
  • Experience and eager in maintaining and updating a central training and knowledge management platform.
  • Distinctive communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with proficiency in additional foreign languages considered an advantage, facilitating effective communication in a global context.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential, with advanced skills preferred; familiarity with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio is advantageous.
